Focus and Scope

Jurnal Rekognisi Manajemen (JRM), with e-ISSN 2829-7938 published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara. This journal is a national standard with a main focus on student research in the field of management. The purpose of JRM is to disseminate the results of student research in the field of management, includes four main concentrations, namely financial, operational, marketing, and human resource management. JRM issue is the implementation of good management to be applied in the community according to student research.

Peer Review Process

Articles that pass the initial review will be reviewed by at least one reviewer using the double blind review method.

  • Information about the manuscript submitted by the author must be kept confidential and treated as confidential information
  • Reviewers have the right to provide notes in the form of minor revisions, major revisions, and even rejection of articles
  • The decision to publish is in the hands of the Editor-in-Chief based on the results of article reviews
  • The editorial board provides input to the Editor in Chief if needed during the decision-making process

The criteria for articles to be submitted are as follows:

  1. The format of the article writing is in accordance with the provisions/writing guidelines
  2. The submitted article is the result of student research
  3. Have a sharp problem formulation, goals, and results that provide new information according to focus and scope
  4. Have a positive impact for further research

 

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Rekognisi Manjamen is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December.

 

Open Access Policy

JRM provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, earch or link to the full text of the articles, or use them for any other legal purpose, without seeking the prior permission of the publisher or author. This is consistent with the BOAI definition of open access. Use and distribution in any medium is permitted, provided the author and the journal are properly credited.

Open Access publications are more likely to be discovered, read, cited, and used for future research than those published in closed journals, and we believe it is in the best interests of authors and their parent institutions, as well as the journals themselves, to make all our content freely available and reusable.
