As a higher education institution, Unisnu Jepara have obligation for support zero tolerance to violence based gender. Wrong One demands to world education moment this is problem justice And equality gender. Education Which actually realm Study for men and Woman, precisely more loved by man than woman. Condition this no without reason, but is motivated by a patriarchal view of society, namely opinionated views that man more tall position and degree than woman. this research was conducted to determine the perspective of the Unisnu Jepara academic community in assessing gender equality. this research uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews and spread questionnaire to civitas academics Unisnu Jepara among them lecturer and activist organization student
