Dampak Psikologis Wanita Karir Korban Cyber Bullying

Abstract


Bullying is an aggressive behavior that someone does intentionally and repeatedly against someone with the aim of hurting, either physically or mentally. Bullying activities can occur anywhere and anytime, including career women. For women who play a dual role, namely as a mother and a career in bullying can have an impact on their lives, both personal life and social life. In this case the author focuses on cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is an intentional and repeated aggressive behavior with the aim of harassing or hurting the victim through technological devices. The types of cyber bullying are flaming, harassment, denigration, impersonation, outing and trickery, exclusion, and cyber stalking. Each type of cyber bullying has a psychological impact on victims. This paper attempts to conceptually answer the psychological impact caused by cyber bullying for career women. Given the rapid advances in technology, especially in the realm of social media that is not balanced with the ability to use it.
