STUDI LITERATUR KONSEP MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN JASA PENDIDIKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR'AN DAN HADIST
Abstract
The school as one of the educational institutions that has an important role in achieving the national educational objectives, should not have to worry about the minimum number of pupils who will receive education in the school. The lowest number of supporters of an educational institution is a consequence of the inevitable competition in the field of education. Educational services marketing management is a series of activities carried out to promote and market educational services provided by an educational institution to prospective pupils, parents, or other interested parties. In the Qur'an, the terms marketing or trade are mentioned as at-tijÄrah which includes al-bay' and asy-syirÄ. Some verses of the Qur 'an discussing trade or sale, among them: Q.S Al-Baqarah: 198, Q.S al-Baqqara: 275, Q.S An-NisÄ: 29, and Q.S Al-MÄidah: 1. As for the hadith of the Prophet SAW, he has arranged how to educate a manager in the marketing of his services is by adhering to the ethics of trade as taught by Muhammad SAW as honest and trustworthy.
