MINIMASI MAKESPAN PADA JOB SHOP SCHEDULING MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA ARTIFICIAL IMMUNE SYSTEM DI PT MITRA REKATAMA MANDIRI

ABSTRACT

Scheduling in PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri is using make to order approach, so they uses job shop manufacturing. Based on an initial analysis, obtained makespan 1964 minutes to order completion on March 2016. The study tries to minimaze makespan in job shop schedulingfor March 2016 in Machine Unit at PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. The results of the production scheduling with algorithm Artificial Immune System (AIS) produces a new sequence of jobs 2 ? 3 ? 4 ? 1 and amount of makespan 1651 minute, so this method can reduce makespan 313 minutes.

ABSTRAK

Penjadwalan (scheduling) di PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri menggunakan pendekatan make to order, sehingga menggunakan strategi produksi job shop. Berdasarkan analisis awal, didapatkan kebutuhan makespan sebesar 1964 menit untuk penyelesaian order pada bulan Maret 2016. Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan minimasi makespan dengan menggunakan job shop scheduling untuk bulan Maret 2016 di Unit Permesinan PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. Hasil penjadwalan produksi dengan algoritma Artificial Immune System (AIS) menghasilkan urutan pekerjaan (sequence) job 2 ? 3 ? 4 ? 1 dan makespan sebesar 1651 menit, sehingga didapatkan minimasi makespan sebesar 313 menit.
