PEMBERDAYAAN MANTAN NARAPIDANA DI KABUPATEN JEPARA MELALUI PELATIHAN PENGOLAHAN ANEKA PRODUK PERIKANAN

Abstract


ABSTRACT
Former inmates are subjected to discriminatory behavior of people so it was hard to get a job. Therefore, do empowerment by providing training to various fishery products, so powerless to entrepreneurship. Empowerment consists of several stages of provisioning, interactive discussions, processing practices, and business analysis. In the training conducted data collection work assessment (observation), organolaptik products and evaluation of training. Method of data collection was done by interviewing, assessment, and a questionnaire. Training was conducted in LPWP-Undip Jepara. Trainees 39 people from 24 villages to the age and background of different legal cases. Observations on indicators of preparation, execution and analysis of entrepreneurial, indicates that the group meatballs, shredded and dodol sequentially value 86, 71 and 71% very good indicator, while the crispy anchovy has a value of 57% good indicators. Organolaptik on indicators of color, texture, appearance, elasticity, smell, taste and aftertase indicate that the products fish balls and dodol seaweed has a value of 57% of respondents indicator like. Whereas shredded fish and crispy anchovy products has a value of 50 and 57% of respondents indicators really like. Evaluations show that the repon respondents to aspects of instructor competence, material, technical implementation of training is very good. While respondents to the repon aspects readiness training facilities are good.

ABSTRAK
Mantan narapidana sebagian besar mengalami perilaku dikriminasi masyarakat sehingga sulit untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pemberdayaan dengan pemberian pelatihan pengolahan aneka produk perikanan, sehingga berdaya untuk berwirausaha. Pemberdayaan terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu pembekalan, diskusi interaktif, praktek pengolahan, dan analisis bisnis. Dalam pelatihan dilakukan pengambilan data penilaian kerja (observasi), organolaptik dan evaluasi pelatihan. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, penilaian, dan kuesioner. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di LPWP-Undip Jepara. Peserta pelatihan 39 orang berasal dari 24 kelurahan dengan umur dan latar belakang kasus hukum yang berbeda. Observasi indikator persiapan, pelaksanaan dan analisis wirausaha, menunjukkan bahwa kelompok bakso, abon dan dodol secara berurutan memiliki nilai 86%, 71% dan 71% indikator sangat bagus, sedangkan kelompok teri krispi memiliki nilai 57% indikator bagus. Organolaptik pada indikator warna, tekstur, kenampakan, kekenyalan, bau, rasa dan aftertase menunjukkan bahwa produk bakso ikan dan dodol rumput laut memiliki nilai 57% indikator responden suka. Sedangkan produk abon ikan dan teri krispi memiliki nilai 50% dan 57% indikator responden sangat suka. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa repon responden terhadap aspek kompetensi instruktur, materi, teknis pelaksanaan pelatihan adalah sangat baik. Sedangkan repon responden terhadap aspek kesiapan sarana dan prasarana pelatihan adalah baik.
