SISTEM PENDETEKSI GERAK BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE BACKGROUND SUBSTRACTION
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Speaking of security system, cameras are one monitoring device commonly used for security systems. One type of monitoring camera that uses the Internet network is an IP Camera. Motion detection would be the most prespective is future is designed in indonesia. This study to develope a monitoring system that is intended for home and building. Monitoring system is equipped with the ability to detect the movement of an object. System design method starts from an IP camera system design, and the design. The device is equipped with motion detection algorithms. Motion detection method is the technique of background subtraction. This study resulted in a web-based home monitoring system aplication that is equipped with a motion detection feature. The camera will detect and record only when there is motion or moving objects, which in turn will improve the efficiency of the use of the camera. The system is equipped with multiple devices such as: IP Camera, Personal Computer and Wireless Access Point.

Internet merupakan salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk berbagai tujuan. Internet digunakan untuk menunjang proses bisnis, media edukasi, sumber informasi, media sosial, dan bahkan sistem keamanan yang dipasang di kantor, rumah, dan gedung. Berbicara tentang sistem keamanan, kamera merupakan salah satu perangkat pemantauan yang umum digunakan. Kamera pemantauan yang menggunakan jaringan internet adalah IP Camera. Studi ini mengajukan perancangan sistem pemantauan yang diperuntukan bagi rumah dan gedung. Sistem pemantau dilengkapi dengan kemampuan untuk mendeteksi pergerakan suatu objek. Metode perancangan sistem dimulai dari kajian arsitektur jaringan rumah, perencanaan sistem manajamen IP Camera, dan perancangan algoritma pendeteksian gerak. Metode deteksi gerak yang digunakan adalah teknik background subtraction. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pemantau rumah berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan fitur pendeteksian gerak. Kamera hanya akan mendeteksi dan merekam apabila ada gerak. Hal ini akan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan kamera. Sistem ini bekerja dengan menggunakan beberapa perangkat diantaranya: IP Camera, Personal Computer, dan Wireless Access Point.
