PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB) SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dan dampak pada Kinerja Karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 118 responden yang merupakan keseluruhan populasi dari PT. Ritra Cargo Indonesia cabang Jawa Tengah sehingga digunakan sampel sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Variabel Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan variabel Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of Organization Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and the impact on Employee Performance. The data used in this study was primary data obtained from questionnaires. Total samples were 118 respondents who constituted the entirety of the population of Ritra Cargo Indonesia, PT branch of Central Java so it used census samples. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The result showed that variable Organization Commitment had positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Variable Job Satisfaction had positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Variable Organization Commitment had not effect positive on employee performance. Variable Job Satisfaction had not effect positive on Employee Performance. And variable Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) had positive and significant effect on Employee Performance
