PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS MURIA KUDUS

Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the variable quality of teaching and the quality of service in conjunction with satisfaction and loyalty student of the University of Muria Kudus. The population in this research were all student of the University of Muria Kudus still registered and active until the academic of year 2010/2011 amounted to 5974 students. By applying the formula of slovin then obtained a sample of 375 students taken by purposive sampling method. Data were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that student loyalty can be built from a variable learning through student satisfaction and student loyalty can also be constructed from the variable quality of service through student satisfaction.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kualitas
pembelajaran dan kualitas pelayanan dalam hubungannya dengan kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa Universitas Muria Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Muria Kudus yang masih terdaftar dan aktif sampai dengan tahun akademik 2010/2011 berjumlah 5974 mahasiswa. Dengan menerapkan rumus Slovin maka diperoleh sampel sejumlah 375 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas mahasiswa dapat dibangun dari variabel pembelajaran melalui kepuasan mahasiswa, dan loyalitas mahasiswa juga dapat dibangun dari variabel kualitas pelayanan melalui kepuasan mahasiswa.
