PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, FASILITAS DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA HOTEL JEPARA INDAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Lokasi penelitian berada di hotel Jepara Indah. Sampel penelitian adalah konsumen yang menginap di dan bersedia untuk diwawancarai atau mengisi kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diambil selama periode penelitian sebanyak 48 responden. Metode analisis data dengan regresi berganda. Sebelum data dianalisis, dilakukan pengujian kualitas data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil olah data menunjukkan item kuesioner bersifat valid dan semua variabel bersifat reliabel. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan, fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel yang berpengaruh paling kuat adalah fasilitas


Abstract
This study aimed to examine the influence of trust, facility and service quality to customer satisfaction. The location of the research is in Jepara Indah Hotel. The research sample is consumers who have stayed in and are willing to be interviewed or completing questionnaires. The number of samples which is taken during the study periods is 48 respondents. The Data analysis method is multiple regression analysis. Before the data being analyzed, data quality testing validity and reliability was conducted. The results indicate that the data item is valid questionnaires and all the variables are reliable. The results show that trust, facility and quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction. The strongest variable which is influenced is facility.
